For decades,Teddy Poverman sat at the foot of the staircase in the Poverman family home in Boston, MA, dressed in festive garb, greeting family members and visitors as they arrived to celebrate various holidays. To reflect his celebratory spirit, he wears an airbrushed, aged vest embroidered with holiday symbols – a heart, a flag, and a shamrock – symbolizing just some of the holidays for which he was dressed through the years.
