We stock a very large inventory of bears, unfortunately, sometimes we may be out of stock of what you are looking for. In most cases, if the item is still available from the manufacturer we can generally have it to you in 4-6 weeks. At such time that the item is shipped to us, your order will be treated as a special order and your credit card charged for 50% of the cost. The final payment will be charged upon shipment to you.
Items that are listed as new releases with expected arrival dates, may still be purchased through the shopping cart. Your credit card will not be charged, until the item is shipped to you. If you cancel this reservation, you will be charged a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
If you need to be sure that an item will arrive within a certain time period, or by a specific date, please include this information in the special shipping instructions/comments section when checking out.
